It was my dad's birthday last week, and as my two brothers and I work in different cities across Switzerland, we were not able to meet up on his special day. We arranged to take my dad and his Girlfriend out for a celebratory meal at a Mediterranean restaurant called Peja just across the boarder. There's nothing better then getting everyone together for tasty food in new surroundings.

Funnily enough when it came to ordering, we were all drawn to the Scallops with a wild garlic and Asparagus Risotto. It tasted even more amazing then it sounds.
